Know your starting point. The Body Composition Analysis is a device which delves deep into critical metrics such as muscle mass, fat mass, bone density, and water retention. The muscle mass, reveals the distribution of muscular growth. For example, if you have more muscle in the upper body compared to the lower part, whilst also comparing the left and right sides as people tend to favour one side that can cause imbalance. The benefit of this is to look at what you can’t see from the outside. By understanding your key body composition metrics, we have a baseline to work from, giving us the facts to formulate a highly personalised plan.
